Once you have confirmed your military service, and while awaiting the Certificate of Eligibility, I will help you select a lender that will complete an application and work with you to determine the amount of loan for which you qualify. After obtaining the mortgage pre-qualification or pre-approval, I can begin showing you homes within that price range. I will take care of the negotiation and contracts and I will, of course, include in the sales contract a contingency making it void if you, as my client, are unable to obtain VA Guaranty financing. The lender will then order an appraisal of the property, and help you clear the final conditions required to close on the new home.
